Hello,
I’m Jenna and I’ve been in the field for a few years and worked in various settings. I have worked in hospitals, various non profit and currently work as a supervisor at a community mental health agency as my full time job. My primary work is in DBT as I was a DBT IOP clinician for years. I am also able to provide supervision for LMSW’s as I am a supervisor.
Hey, I'm Carlos! I am a therapist dedicated to helping you reclaim your personal power. By integrating highly successful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Mindfulness techniques, I help you slow down and recognize the significance of every moment. Together, we will work to ensure you feel empowered to make positive choices rather than feeling like a victim of your own thoughts or current life situations.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to helping individuals, teenagers, and families navigate the complex challenges that life often presents. With a deep understanding of trauma informed care, I have dedicated my career to supporting those who have experienced emotional, psychological, or developmental trauma, offering a safe and supportive environment where healing and growth can occur. My work with teenagers involves addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, peer pressure, identity development, and family conflict, while also fostering emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-esteem. I also provide guidance and therapeutic support to families struggling with relational breakdowns, parenting challenges, and intergenerational trauma, using a strengths based and systems-focused approach to promote resilience and connection. In my work with adults, I help individuals process complex emotions, rebuild their sense of safety, and move toward a life of empowerment and meaning. Whether providing individual therapy, family counseling, or group sessions, I strive to create an atmosphere of trust, cultural sensitivity, and non-judgment, recognizing the unique story and journey of every client. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients build skills, improve functioning, and work through past wounds. My goal is to not only help clients survive their experiences, but to thrive despite them to discover their inner strength, reconnect with their values, and write new narratives of hope and possibility. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I am honoured to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward mental, emotional, and relational wellness.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? You may be functioning day-to-day while feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults who want support navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity-related concerns in a space that feels affirming, collaborative, and non-judgmental.
I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focused on helping you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
In sessions, clients often share that they feel truly heard and understood. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive, exploring patterns, strengthening coping strategies, and developing tools you can actually use outside of therapy.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, humanistic, and strengths-based interventions. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
I most often support clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, stress related to relationships or work, and challenges connected to major life transitions. As a Hispanic/Latin× and LGBTQ+ identified therapist, I’m mindful of how culture, identity, and systemic stressors impact mental health, and I strive to create an affirming and inclusive space for all clients.
I may be a great fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who balances warmth with practical tools and values collaboration, insight, and personal growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you — feel free to schedule a session to see if we’re a good fit.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in CT and AK. I graduated from Capella University with a Masters of Science (mental health counseling). I am currently working with adults with a variety of stressors: ADHD, anxiety, depression, motivation, disabilities, chronic illness, grief/loss and other phase of life issues in a trauma-informed, multicultural awareness, strength-based orientation using a variety of tools customized to the client.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my MSW from George Mason University and have extensive experience working with adults, families and youth in the Washington D.C. area, Arizona and Oregon. I am a RYT 200-hour yoga teacher and like to incorporate yoga principles and practices in sessions. My approach is to provide a safe space for individuals to process their feelings, own what is theirs, and release limiting beliefs about themselves. It is my belief that everyone has the answers within themselves and the role of therapy is to support individuals on their own unique journey. It is equally as important for a therapist to have a strong commitment to their own growth in order to show up and be present for others.

I focus on creating a space that feels real, supportive, and easy to step into, while helping you better understand yourself, your needs, and build the clarity and confidence to move forward.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and grief. With my extensive experience and training, I can provide my patients with effective, compassionate care and support through their personal struggles. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is rooted in curiosity and compassion. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a social worker for 15 years. I've worked with active duty, veterans, aging adults, kids, adolescents, couples and individuals over the course of my career. One thing that has remained constant regardless of who I've worked with, is that we all have had to combat anxiety or depression at some point. For some it has been a life long struggle, while for others there was life situation that brought those feelings on. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking strategies to manage their anxiety and depressive symptoms, because I've seen when they learn these strategies they're able to use them consistently for the other issues life brings.

Many of the individuals I work with are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, or persistent patterns they can’t quite untangle on their own.
My style is thoughtful, steady, and insight-oriented. I integrate practical tools for emotional regulation with deeper exploration of relational patterns and attachment dynamics. Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and attuned. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and structured enough for real change. My work focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but on building emotional clarity, stability, and more secure ways of relating — to others and to yourself.

Trauma changes the way you view yourself, others, and the world. It often has lasting impacts that can be manifested in your current struggles with anxiety, depression, true fulfillment in relationships, diminished executive functioning, and difficulty with honoring your needs and boundaries.
My goal is to help you gain insight, build self-awareness, and foster personal growth. Some areas of focus I enjoy addressing with my clients include boundary building, negative core beliefs, strengthening internal validation, self-care, identifying trauma responses, addressing attachment wounds, aligning to your values, improving daily functioning, and developing healthy coping strategies.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to help my clients including but not limited to Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those who desire and request it, I can integrate Christian-based counseling into the therapeutic process. I believe education/knowledge of what you are going through sets the foundation to the therapeutic work you will be doing.
I enjoy working with adults of various backgrounds and with various concerns. I come to my work with a degree in clinical psychology from Duquesne University. I have been in then mental health and addictions profession for 35 years, and for this reason I am uniquely qualified to serve clients with diverse needs. in addition, I have a specialty certification in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for depression. The most important skills I feel are important to convey to clients are ways to manage both everyday stress and major life challenges. Mindfulness is a key component of what I teach: the ability to be aware and focused in the present moment to one's experience. From this vantage point one achieves a "witness" perspective toward oneself that allows access to inner resources that one cannot access when caught up in past emotions or future concerns. From this point of access, the present becomes an effective way to view aspects of oneself or the situation, making them more available for change. A second key component I enjoy teaching and supporting in my clients is self-compassion, in which gentleness and patience replace demands for perfection and quick solutions.
