Hello and welcome to my page, bienvenidos a mi pagina,
I am originally a native to the Los Angeles area and have a Mexican American background. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish.
I look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you by providing support and guidance as we navigate the challenges you experience in your life.
It can be difficult to be vulnerable and open when you are experiencing feelings of hopelessness or loss of motivation.
I honor your courageousness in embarking on your road to recovery, awareness, and growth. We can assess where you are and where to begin; this journey is led by you. I am here to meet you where you are and as you are.
I approach life with the understanding that pain is a natural part of the human experience, yet how we interpret and handle that pain can be a choice. My goal is to assist you in developing strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively.
I use person centered and mindfulness based therapy that increases self awareness. Through cognitive based therapy, you can challenge barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals.
Hi, I’m Dr. Tracy LaChapelle, MA, LPC, LCPC, Ed.D ("Dr. T"). (***Any usage of “Dr.” and “Doctor” is for the purpose of being a Licensed Clinical Therapist: Not a medical doctor; does not prescribe medication).
I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion.
I draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed care to support you if you’re working through trauma, depression, anxiety, loneliness, ADHD, or other forms of neurodiversity, disabilities, self-esteem concerns, social anxiety, autism, or major life transitions.
I’m also deeply committed to providing Gender-Affirming Care, and I strive to offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity, feel supported, and experience genuine acceptance.
I believe therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about discovering your strengths and supporting you in becoming your truest self. Together, we’ll move at your pace as you heal, grow, and thrive.
In walking life’s path we can encounter crossroads, or obstacles, which block our ability to see ahead. We might get flooded with anxiety, or bogged down by choice; pausing our journey. One positive way to resume progress is to gain insight into the challenge, and find a next step. Taking that step shifts perspective, enabling the discovery of yet more steps.
Hello, I'm Elizabeth. As a therapist over the last 12 years I have worked with a wide variety of people as an advocate and an ally in helping them heal and grow through the therapy process. Beginning to look for a therapist can bring on anxiety, but know that taking this step is already a major sign of growth. I help work through the chaos inside one's head to identify what are the actual causes of anxiety, stress, and depression. In sessions it can be a time to process emotions, but more importantly, to identify the cause of stressors and what is and is not in your control. I help people learn to set boundaries, work on self-care, and coping skills, and be true to their authentic selves.
I have always been an advocate for those that don't feel that their voices are heard including: LGBTQIA+ individuals, TBI survivors, Neurodivergent individuals, parents, college students, healthcare workers, teachers and individuals looking to find their self-worth. My approach starts with a person-centered mindset and by working together we will decide which therapeutic techniques will work best for you as an individual.
Welcome! I'm Javiola Castillo, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, substance use, depression, and anxiety. My approach is relaxed and compassionate, focusing on your personal growth and well-being. Together, we'll create a safe, judgment-free space where you'll feel valued and understood. Let's discover your inner strengths and build your self-worth!
Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with clients navigating life’s plot twists, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity, and grief, basically all the moments where things don’t go as planned and your brain decides to add commentary. My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience, including the loss of a baby, being late diagnosed with ADHD, and managing chronic illness, all of which pushed me to learn deeply so I could show up more fully for my clients. I tend to meet people in the messy middle, where things are real, a little complicated, and still very workable.
I’m a warm, insight-oriented therapist who offers a steady, compassionate space for adults navigating grief, relational wounds, and the impact of growing up around emotional chaos or inconsistency. My approach is grounded in deep listening and curiosity—I help clients slow down and make sense of their inner experience, uncovering patterns that may have once been protective but now feel limiting. Together, we create room for new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to your story. Healing, in my work, begins with being deeply seen and understood.

I believe that everyone is looking for a place where they can be their authentic selves without apology. A strong therapeutic relationship can be a safe space to foster that authenticity. I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and racial equity lens, and understand that each client is an intersection of the various identities they are balancing (e.g. race, gender, sexuality, culture). I enjoy working with adults of various backgrounds and with various concerns. I come to my work with a degree in clinical psychology from Duquesne University. I have been in then mental health and addictions profession for 35 years, and for this reason I am uniquely qualified to serve clients with diverse needs. in addition, I have a specialty certification in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for depression. The most important skills I feel are important to convey to clients are ways to manage both everyday stress and major life challenges. Mindfulness is a key component of what I teach: the ability to be aware and focused in the present moment to one's experience. From this vantage point one achieves a "witness" perspective toward oneself that allows access to inner resources that one cannot access when caught up in past emotions or future concerns. From this point of access, the present becomes an effective way to view aspects of oneself or the situation, making them more available for change. A second key component I enjoy teaching and supporting in my clients is self-compassion, in which gentleness and patience replace demands for perfection and quick solutions.

Hello there! Kudos to you for taking this step! Transition and growth require courage, which is why it is impressive that you have chosen to take this first step. As an Air Force veteran, I bring a grounded, dedicated, and compassionate perspective to my practice. As a disabled veteran, as a social worker who has worked heavily in the field of supporting people with different abilities, I have grown to become significantly person-centered in my practice, seeking to allow every client to have a voice, while considering each client as the expert in their healing journey. I am not here to tell you who to be, but t help highlight the strengths you already possess. Together, we will create a safe, collaborative space where your vice is the priority and your healing is the mission.
