Hi, I'm Brie Hardy, and I'm so glad you found your way here. If you're a woman navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or a major life transition, you are in the right place. Maybe you are juggling work, relationships, or new responsibilities and feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe you just feel like you have lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that you do not have to figure it out alone. I specialize in supporting women through the everyday challenges that can feel anything but ordinary. My approach is warm, collaborative, and completely tailored to you. I create a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together to build coping skills, increase your confidence, and help you feel more like yourself again. Sessions with me feel like a real conversation. I take the time to truly understand your experience and what you need, not just what is on the surface. Together we will work at a pace that feels right for you toward the changes that matter most. Outside of my work I am passionate about spending my faith, spending time with my family and getting creative with crafts, cooking and baking, which keeps me grounded and connected to the human side of this work. If you are ready to take that first step I would love to connect with you. Let's get started.
In your first session, you can expect a supportive and conversational space where we begin getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about your background, current concerns and what's been going on in your life, but I aim to do this in a way that feels natural and not like a checklist. We'll also talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy, whether you already have a specific goal in mind or you're still figuring that out. Together, we'll begin identifying what feels most important to you and creating a clear direction for our work. Most importantly, there's no pressure to have everything figured out before your first session. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard and at ease as we begin this journey together.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create genuine connections with the people I work with. I am an active listener who takes the time to understand not only what you're going through but also how those experiences are impacting you. I bring warmth, empathy, curiosity, and even a little humor when it feels right. Therapy can sometimes involve some heavy conversations, but I also believe there's room for laughter, personality, and simply being yourself. I also believe therapy should be collaborative so I wont tell you what you should do or assume I know what's best for you. Instead, we'll work together to recognize your strengths, explore what might be getting in your way, and find practical strategies that fit your life. I also know when to gently challenge you, while making sure you continue to feel supported, respected and heard throughout the process.
I am passionate about working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or simply trying to find their way back to themselves. You may be feeling overwhelmed, struck, disconnected or unsure of what needs to change...but you know you need a change and you want to make space for your own needs. You don't have to come to therapy with everything figured out or even know exactly what your goals are. We can figure that out together! If you want a space where you can be honest, feeling supported, and learn practical ways to navigate whatever life brings your way then I'd be honored to support you along the way.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand connections between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. In sessions, we would work together on practical strategies and coping skills that can be applied in everyday life to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or stress.
Psychoeducation is so important and I use this to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options. Knowledge can be empowering and I often incorporate education into sessions to help clients make sense of what they are experiencing and feel more in control of their mental health.
