With over 15 years of experience in human services, I am a dedicated and compassionate social worker committed to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven and my Master of Social Work from Fordham University. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles and developed extensive experience in crisis intervention, community engagement, and client advocacy. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions going into your first session. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard from the very beginning. My motto is Healing happens when you're heard. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you can go at your own pace. We’ll also talk about your goals and what working together might look like moving forward. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and get a feel for whether this is the right fit for you. Above all, the first session is about building connection and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to explore what matters most to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a natural love and empathy for people, which allows me to create a safe and supportive space for healing. I help clients feel comfortable enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences, guiding them gently toward growth and transformation. My approach encourages courageous self-exploration while staying grounded in empathy and connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are ready to better understand themselves and their experiences. They may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences that continue to shape how they see themselves and the world around them. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet find themselves caught in patterns they can’t seem to break. They may struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling “not good enough,” and want to build a stronger sense of confidence and clarity. I’m best positioned to support clients who are open to reflection and growth—even if it feels uncomfortable at times—and who are looking for a space where they can be heard without judgment. Together, we work toward developing self-trust, gaining insight, and creating more intentional, fulfilling ways of living.

Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, or simply seeking personal growth. I'm here help you gain clarity and more toward a healthier, more balanced life

Narrative

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients make sense of their experiences and reshape the stories they tell about themselves. Together, we explore patterns that may feel limiting and identify strengths, resilience, and moments of growth that often go unnoticed. By separating the person from the problem, this approach creates space for self-compassion and lasting change. My goal is to support clients in building more empowering, authentic narratives that reflect who they truly are—not just what they’ve been through.
