Don’t go through this alone! I’m an LPC in the field since 2007. My experience comes from a variety of settings including individual, child, family and group therapy. I offer a nonjudgmental environment that is genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. Let's work together to determine your needs according to your goals. I work with individuals, couples, teens, children and families. I provide virtual therapy as well as in-person therapy in Newtown, CT. I run groups for children and adults struggling with a trauma history or needing to work on anger management. Ask me about my next group. My therapeutic approach is integrative, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed, mindfulness, and others. I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I am real, I am me. I want the real you, you will get the real me. I want you to be comfortable in our sessions, and in order to do that I want us to have a good rapport and build a strong therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the last almost two decades, I have spent a significant amount of time working with different populations, from individuals, couples, families, children and teenagers. I am very comfortable in each of these groups.
