Hi I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I earned my Masters of Social Work from San Jose State University and have been practicing for the past seven years and have over twenty years experience as a child welfare social worker. I am bilingual (Spainsh). My focus is working with individuals who are interested in addressing negative symptoms which are impacting their lives. My goal is to provide you with the tools to lead a healthy and productive life.
I am licensed in California with 7 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you and walk alongside with you in that process.
My name is Nana-Stella Eugene, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and also have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Haiti. I am ready to work with you to identify coping strategies and teach you the skills necessary to achieve your goal of living your best life. Change begins with hope, hope for a better outcome and a glimmer of possibility that something good will come to those who believe and take action.
Congratulations for taking the step to seek counseling. The world we live in is increasingly complex, and we can find ourselves feeling disconnected, stressed, and uncertain about what direction to take. How do we identify solutions for our life’s challenges? How do we let go of stress and sleep at night? As a therapist, I have counseled with individuals and families for over ten years and have found that problem-solving does not have to be stressful, and that we can work through our toughest issues.
It is common to believe that people in our relationships, or circumstances in our lives cause us to feel the way we do. But it is our thinking, and the way we relate to people and circumstances, that create our feelings and emotions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps us observe what we are feeling and identify the thoughts that create our feelings. With increased self-awareness, we determine which of our thoughts and perceptions are distorted and unhelpful. As our thinking becomes more realistic, we feel better.
There are several therapy methods that are effective in creating positive change, including Narrative Therapy, Goal Setting, Visioning for Personal Growth, and Mindfulness to promote focus and attention. Let’s engage in a conversation to explore your individual needs, and how best to meet them.
Congratulations on taking this major step towards seeking a higher quality of life, whether for yourself or a loved one! Though your situation is unique and will require targeted goals, these past several years have left many people feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, hopeless, helpless and/or “mentally foggy.” Sometimes, entire families are scrambling to figure out how to manage the ripple effect of one member’s mental illness, and how to help maintain a quality of life for everyone involved.
As an LMFT, I help clients with topics such as recovery from trauma, adjustment to major life changes, managing mood dysregulation, stabilizing activities of daily living, and implementing healthy coping skills. Even events generally considered to be “good” (such as buying a house, getting a promotion, or getting married) rate high on the stress index. Your list of concerns will be unique to you and will require a targeted approach to building goals.
I am especially interested in coping with grief/loss/trauma, reconstructing lives according to choices rather than reactions, blended and bi/multi-cultural families, our LGBTQ communities, the multi-generational ripple effect of mental illness on families, and the dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental illness. While talk therapy and EMDR are my primary modalities, I believe strongly in the healing effects of creativity, visualization and somatic work.
I have specialties in trauma, grief, and loss as my primary focus. In order to get this training, I’ve worked with programs in hospitals, with parole, and on the VA campus, as well as within LGBTQ+ community and programs focused on BIPOC clients. I've usually worked within a few areas at a time to make sure I can reach and create the best practice possible with all my potential/current clients.
I also really enjoy/am familiar with working with anxiety disorders (PTSD, CPTSD, OCD, GAD), depressive disorders, Bipolar disorder, personality disorders, family systems, intergenerational trauma, and... really whatever you need to process, including life events like break ups or respectful divorces.
Hi there, I am Dr. Ola.

We'll use a holistic and individualized approach to address the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate relaxation techniques to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, self-esteem issues, cycles of anxiety, depression, or other mental health needs, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the barriers and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
My professional path shifted when a loved one had the courage to speak up about traumatic events that significantly impacted her life. Searching for answers to help her cope with her distress, I was inspired and motivated to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 9 years of mental health experience working with clients from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My clients have ranged from children, adults, seniors, couples, and families.
Whatever it is you’re facing in life, you don’t have to face it alone. I will be your expert guide and partner both in tackling practical concerns and in delving into the depths of the issues you’re confronting.
Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, identity or relationship issues, I can help you get to the heart of the issue and move past the places where you feel stuck. You have strength and resources within yourself that you may not fully recognize. Together we can tap into those to support your healing and growth.

Hello! My name is Robert Garza, LCSW Bi-lingual. I have over 18 years of experience working with clients ranging from early childhood, adolescence, children/families, adults, and end-of-life care. I have always viewed my professional career to learn as much as possible and be able to impact the largest number of people in need of support, counseling, therapy, and a safe space. I have worked in educational settings, healthcare settings, and clinical settings. I was born in Corcoran and raised in Central California. I currently reside in Rocklin CA, and enjoy horseshoe pitching, long walks, the ocean, and family and friends. My historical area of focus ranges from challenges in school to overcoming childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, social isolation, and conflict within family units. These are common things that we all face as we grow and evolve into our adult selves.
Starting therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or even intimidating—and it’s worth taking a moment to recognize the courage it takes to take this first step toward caring for your mental health. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you can explore challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-care, and more. My goal is to help you strengthen communication and boundaries with yourself and others so that you can improve your quality of life and move toward the future you envision. Therapy is not just about overcoming obstacles—it’s also about personal growth. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and identify strategies to help you move toward them, whether that means change over the next month, six months, or a year. You’ll leave our sessions with practical insights and “next steps” you can put into action right away. I believe life’s purpose isn’t simply to be happy, but to find meaning—and within that meaning, joy emerges. While the journey isn’t always easy, it can be transformative. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Drug Counselor, and Behavior Analyst. I take a strength-based approach, helping you use your unique abilities to address challenges. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to empower you in creating lasting change. Most importantly, I bring a relaxed, compassionate, and trustworthy presence, fostering a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and supported.
I’m a bilingual therapist who provides a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Together, we focus on your strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and am licensed in the state of California. I am originally from Iceland but have lived in the U.S. since January of 2005. I approach life with curiosity and a sense of purpose. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 8 years from nonprofit organizations, outpatient substance abuse facilities, crisis on call agencies and the judicial system. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from just outside of New York City and currently live in San Diego. Working to support the mental health of others is truly my greatest honor. We are often programmed by our previous experiences, culture, and past trauma to believe a false narrative about ourselves. Utilizing the therapeutic alliance, I help clients to resolve negative, false, or limiting beliefs that may be hindering their ability to step into their true identities. We do not have to continue to live out the script that we inherited or feel the need to live in the shadows. Instead, we can live with intension, purpose, and a sense of gratitude.
My practice is built on the foundation that every individual, relationship, and family deserves a therapeutic space free from judgment. I serve a diverse clientele of adults, teens, and couples, offering a safe and inclusive environment for people of all sexual identities. While I treat a wide range of mental health concerns, I offer specialized, culturally competent care for LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent individuals, technology professionals, older adults, and same sex couples.
A significant portion of my practice is also dedicated to working with men struggling with compulsive behaviors regarding sex and drugs, offering a path toward control and alignment with their values. If you are looking for a therapist who is open-minded, direct, and deeply familiar with these unique lived experiences, I invite you to reach out.

I prefer a interactive, conversational style that allows for free flowing rapport building and client comfort through the treatment process. I know that counseling/therapy is not an easy situation to put oneself in, but if I can ease it in any way possible, that is the goal, so that we can focus on what most matters to you.
Greetings!
I am Irene Ona, a first generation Fil-Am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My work has been primarily in geriatrics. My niche is older adults at all stages of aging from independence to dependence, family caregiver and risk of burn out, and navigating the healthcare system. My experience comes from volunteering at senior centers, internships as a in-home counselor for my bachelor of social work (BSW) and an outpatient behavioral health clinic counselor for my masters of social work (MSW) specializing in mental health. I used my degrees to serve people in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and hospice.
Aside from my experience in healthcare, my passion is connect to clients who want to live more genuinely and be authentic in their everyday exchanges.
I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. Most people don’t need more advice. They need space to slow down enough to hear what’s actually happening inside them.
