Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Expect our first session to be light hearted. An opportunity to get to know each other without judgement and an open mind.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in taking a holistic mind-body approach. I go beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating mindfulness, somatic practices, nutrition , and wellness education into my clinical work. Supporting clients not only process their pain but build sustainable practices for resilience, balance, and self-compassion.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're constantly showing up for others — whether at work, in your family, or in your community — while your own well-being takes a backseat. If you're feeling burned out, anxious, stuck, or grieving, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. I work with teens, adults and young adults who are seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed space to reconnect with themselves and reclaim their wellness with a holistic approach. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and somatic strategies — all delivered through a lens of cultural humility and respect. I specialize in supporting: Professionals and caregivers navigating burnout or compassion fatigue Those experiencing grief, life transitions, or anxiety Anyone seeking to create more balance, boundaries, and self-compassion in their life As a therapist, I aim to co-create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered — where healing isn’t just about managing symptoms, but building a life rooted in clarity, agency, and care. Therapy can be a powerful space for transformation. If you're ready to explore that journey, I’m here to walk with you.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Showing clients how to build tools to be in the here and now. While I may sometimes use meditation I know it's not a one size fits all and use other forms of mindfulness such as movement or play.

Mind-body approach

Tapping inward to see where we may feel stress in our body and using movement, breath, nourishment or guided imagery to heal.

Motivational Interviewing

Listening to clients goals and experiences and supporting them in identifying proper ways to encourage desired change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using journaling, stress reduction methods or role playing to help guide desired changes in behavior.

Polyvagal Therapy

Help build tools to co-regulate nervous system. Finding the proper nourishment for your body through movement or breath or diet.
