If you've been feeling overwhelmed lately, you're not alone. Many people reach a point where stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges start affecting their daily life. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what's happening internally, and develop a healthier new way forward. Healing is possible through shifting your mindset while prioritizing your self-care and honoring your needs and wants.I look forward to working with you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first appointment will be a great chance to get to know each other, and I will ask a series of questions to gather information about your reasons for seeking care, your history and background as well as your goals and expected outcome from treatment. Typically our first session will take 1 hour, and towards the end we will make a plan for future sessions.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I often use a variety of treatment methods including person-centered, CBT, DBT and solution-focused therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Together as we embark on your therapy journey, we will be creating a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of collaboration and invite you to share at your own pace. I use an integrative approach to our sessions, where we combine different modalities including Trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help you feel your best.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Women's mental health issues including fertility, reproductive trauma, perinatal health, career stress, lifestyle changes, relationship concerns, grief and loss. Clients feeling overwhelmed with stress, anxiety and depression looking for ways to include mindfulness into daily practice to improve lifestyle, manage mood and behavioral health. For clients interested in applying integrative and evidence-based approaches to develop coping mechanisms to manage symptoms. Clients looking for short-term (8-10 sessions) treatment duration to achieve outcomes and connect with resources.
