Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters from the Cal State University of San Bernardino and have been practicing for 5 years. Inspired by my own experiences in therapy, I strive to provide clients a safe space by utilizing a non-judgmental approach to help overcome life struggles, by helping them develop healthy coping skills, reduce stress and prevent burnout. My extensive experience in various settings have equipped me to effectively support culturally diverse populations by utilizing multiple modalities of treatment tailored to each client's needs.
I specialize in treating high-level anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, infertility, and relationship difficulties. As your therapist, I tailor my approach to match the client's needs for continuous change, symptom relief, growth, and ignite personal change.
I always had a passion for therapy. I knew at 7 years old this was my calling. I went on to study Sociology in my undergraduate years and went to the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques.
Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients.
I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.
I help adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or challenging life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, uncertain, or emotionally drained and are looking for support, clarity, and practical tools to move forward. In therapy, we work together to better understand what you’re experiencing while building coping skills that can help you manage difficult emotions and life challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, strengthen resilience, and feel more confident, grounded, and empowered in your daily life.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in psychotherapy for adult/elder individuals and couples. Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment !
I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field; which consisted of 3 years of working with adults, and 3 years of working with children/adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. I offer focused, short-term therapy designed to help you move through a specific issue in a clear and intentional way. Together, we identify one primary area of concern and work toward meaningful movement within 6–10 sessions. My approach is deep yet efficient — helping you access insight, emotional clarity, and practical change without staying in therapy indefinitely.
My practice hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm (Pacific Time).
I do not offer early morning, evening, or weekend sessions at this time.
If these hours do not work for your schedule, I encourage you to find a therapist whose availability better supports your needs.
The last four years have been challenging for all of us. COVID came into our lives and altered the way we lived and worked. Many of us spent possibly a year or two in partial isolation, seeing only our closest friends and family members. Now, it is 2025 and we are wanting to get our old style lives back, but this transition has been difficult to accomplish. So far, 2025 has not been a peaceful year. You may believe you have not grown in the past 2-3 years, lost confidence and become more anxious. My goal is to assist you in believing in yourself again. Your negative self talk needs to be replaced with positive affirmations, thoughts and actions.
Anxiety, both social and life skill focused, along with depression, loss of self confidence or self esteem, and not understanding how these negative beliefs began. Many of us have anger over lost time, along with irritation.
Now, as you look in the mirror, you want to begin to be the brave person you once were. You want to be social, travel and feel the joy again that life used to offer.
My work and yours also, is to help you find your confidence to begin the life you thought you lost.
Please feel free to contact me so we can begin your new journey.

Hello and welcome! I'm Allison, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 14 years experience providing therapy.
I earned my Masters in Counseling from The University of San Francisco's Sacramento satellite campus in 2012.
My approach to therapy begins with establishing a genuine connection with each client and how their challenges are impacting them. I establish this by providing a warm, open, and authentic environment.
I enjoy working with people facing a variety of challenges. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, those going through life stressors/transitions, and those feeling "stuck" in their lives.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from California, currently based in the SF Bay Area. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University. I specialize in working with Complex Trauma and I have been in private practice for 5 years. I have almost 10 years of clinical experience working with clients from various backgrounds and in various settings, from school-based sites to community mental health.
Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My background spans a variety of care settings, and I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy as you navigate life’s challenges. I take a flexible, holistic approach to therapy, drawing on different therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, self-awareness, and practical tools for coping. I am a board-certified Music Therapist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience, serving clients across California and Colorado. My own journey informs my work: I grew up in California and built a successful business before transitioning my life to Colorado. I then spent two years as a digital nomad—traveling by car across the US and living abroad for 1.5 years—all while managing and growing my business. I understand how to maintain excellence while in motion, and I use an IFS-informed somatic and creative approach to help you find that same internal groundedness and freedom.
Your present circumstances don't determine where you go; they merely determine where you start. -Nido Qubein I take a whole person and collaborative approach to therapy, catering therapy to the individual sitting in front of me. My specialties are in the field of grief and loss. Grief is not just bereavement, it is also the loss of a job, a relationship or a dream.
I’m a therapist who primarily works with men dealing with relationship struggles, trauma, and anxiety that’s started to affect work, family, and daily life. I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.
Parisa Gallinger, Psy.D., LMFT
I hold a doctorate in psychology and am certified by the California Board as a marriage and family therapist working with individuals, families, and couples. My mission is to create a supportive space where we can face fears with compassion, courageously embrace openness, and find relief in human connections.
Our sense of identity can be in crisis due to the burdensome societal expectations placed on us.
So much of what I love about my work as a therapist and faculty member at the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, where I teach clinical psychology graduate courses, is getting to know people and helping them through life, one step at a time, no matter who they are or where they are on their path.
I’m Henry Tran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing therapy since 2016. I currently work full-time in a hospital setting, supporting adults dealing with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and stress.
I’ve also worked with individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—and bring a culturally responsive, inclusive approach to my practice.
My therapeutic style is solution-focused and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and have been licensed for about 10 years now. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in Anthropology in 2004. I also received my Masters in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago in 2005. Finally, I received my Masters degree from the University of Chicago in 2012 in Social Work with a clinical concentration. My professors used to tease me and call me the "thermometer" because I had so many degrees. I actually love learning (I do not love studying) and am a true "book worm." I have piles and piles of books scattered in every nook and cranny. I also built my own telescope when I was in high school. I have seen several stars (Arcturus and Vega) and Neptune through high powered telescopes which were jaw droppingly beautiful. I have also done walk on roles in two professional Shakespeare productions (Henry VI, part 1 and 2) at the Old Globe at Balboa Park and the experience was amazing. Highly recommend.

Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they’re not entirely sure why.
