I been providing therapy for client ages 8 and up for over 10 years from all socioeconomic statuses and ethnicities. I know that the foundation of thearpy is trust and that takes time. Creating a Safe Container (5-10 mins) * **The Basics:** We’ll briefly cover the "housekeeping"—confidentiality, its limits, and how we’ll communicate. * **Settling In:** A moment to breathe and get comfortable. My goal is for you to feel heard and respected from the very first minute. ### 2. Sharing Your Story (20-25 mins) * **The "Why Now?":** We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy at this specific moment in your life. * **Your History:** With 13 years of clinical experience, I look at the "big picture." We’ll touch on your background, relationships, and the strengths you already possess. * **Current Challenges:** We’ll identify the primary symptoms or stressors that are weighing on you. ### 3. Defining the Destination (10 mins) * **Goal Setting:** What does "getting better" actually look like for you? We’ll begin to outline a roadmap for our work together. * **Expectations:** You can ask me anything about my therapeutic approach or my experience. ### 4. Next Steps & Wrap-Up (5 mins) * **The Fit:** Therapy is a partnership. The treatment methods and tools I utilize
You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Sessions are didactic, experiential, and interactive. The foundational methods I use with all my client is Cognitive Behavior nd Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Depending on the need of the client and treatment goals I also have a specialization, in EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Brainspotting. I also specialize in providing therapy to those that are interested in complementing their healing with psychedelics, like Ketamine. Let's work together!
