I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in self-exploration, personal growth, and intentional change. Recognizing that each individual presents with a unique constellation of strengths and challenges, I utilize an integrative framework that draws upon a range of evidence-based practices. This allows me to develop a tailored therapeutic approach aligned with each client’s specific needs and treatment goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University and maintain a strong commitment to ongoing professional development. I continually advance my training in trauma-informed care and empirically supported therapeutic modalities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethically grounded clinical care.

Laura was a comfortable space from the very start. She listened well, understood what my thoughts were and offered realistic options up front. She is relaxed and funny. I look forward to working with her in the future.
