Welcome and it's a pleasure to meet you. I am a bilingual Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA. I became a therapist to help people of color, people who are misunderstood, people who are judged by the way they look, underprivileged community, undocumented and minorities. I want to help remove that stigma away of mental health. I use mindfulness, motivational interviewing, CBT and psychoeducation approaches. I will work with you as a team in order to reduce your overall mental health symptoms. Need someone to vent to and not feel judged. I am that person and you're at a safe place. I help client's feel more confident, grounded and motivated to improve on themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be introduction and building rapport. We will discuss what brought you into therapy and how I might be able to help you throughout your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I practice active listening, am understanding, and offer feedback/reflection of what I heard.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

A client who is open to bettering themselves and working towards being honest with themselves. Therapy itself can be scary and intimidating. It requires a lot of courage to take the first step into therapy, and I appreciate you even showing up. Opening up and being vulnerable is not for the weak at all. Keep in mind that you are in control and that this is for you.
