You don’t have to have it all figured out, let’s figure it out together. I’m a Latina therapist who supports adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel safe to open up and be yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, build tools to manage life’s ups and downs, and help you move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to who you are.
Welcome to your first step into a new therapeutic journey.
I aim to create a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment that allows you to explore strengths and empower you to have more control over your life. I have helped clients gain new skills and explore experiences that can get in the way of their current happiness. Whether they are struggling with depression, anxiety, identity, and/or relationships, I focus on helping clients feel happier and more confident in their everyday lives.
After graduating from Northwestern University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have spent the last four years helping people struggling with acute depression and anxiety symptoms as well as any other symptom that has significantly impacted their lives. I have helped clients make life-changing steps toward recovery to create the lives they want to live.
Hello, I'm Felicia,
It's nice to meet you!
Do you feel that your life needs more balance? Do you question your self-worth and identity? Are you burnt out? Are you realizing that you forgot about yourself?
I motivate children, teens, young adults, and women to build their self-esteem and overcome the hardship of living with anxiety and depression. Working together, we can build on healthy ways of coping with life stressors and find ways to achieve emotional goals. I will use a client-centered approach to bring the power of healing back into your hands.
Starting your therapeutic journey can bring trepidation but this will be the best decision to foster healing and growth. In our sessions, I will provide a safe place to explore life's challenges and I promise to always use empathy and compassion to give you a level of understanding that you deserve. Let's start this journey together!
Are you tired of the non-stop chatter in your head judging every move you make? Is the constant loop of negative thinking making you feel like you are not good enough? No matter how many times you try to talk yourself out of this—you just can't seem to shake it. You are doing all the things you’ve been told to do and yet something is missing. You feel alone. You feel misunderstood. You feel anxious. You turn to food, alcohol, Netflix, or whatever else that can make these feelings go away. You promise yourself that next week will be different. You will start the new diet or the new program, you will commit to being a new you.
What if there is another way? I work with women to get this cycle can end. There can be freedom from the despair caused by believing that you are not good enough. You want a deeper connection in your relationships. You want more joy in your life. You want less stress and worry. I can help you get there. There is a different path.

I am an LCSW licensed in California and Hawaii. I provide inclusive and culturally guided processing therapy as a specialist in high or recurrent symptoms that were not changed by talk therapy. As an EMDR therapist my work centers on helping heal from the impacts of trauma while honoring the cultural, historical and relational contexts in which trauma exists. Many wounds are not only personal but also intergenerational, systemic and shaped by oppression, displacement and historical harm. Healing from anxiety and depression, putting everyone before you, is not about fixing people its about helping them reclaim the parts of themselves that trauma took away. I support clients in processing painful experiences while also reconneccting to their resilience. I enjoy working with kids, teens, parents and people who are motivated to participate in evidence based trauma therapy. I pride myself in providing an easy going safe environment where I hold a lot of respect for clients and their stories.
You know we all deal with our issues and sometimes we cannot do it alone. It is hard to talk to a stranger but give it a try. You won't be judged but welcomed and listened to. I am here to work together with you.
I am a licensed psychologist and love working with diverse clients from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with the issues like anxiety, depression, identity, relationship, and life change difficulties. I’m especially passionate about helping overwhelmed professionals and individuals who are used to “holding it all together” finally have a space to focus on themselves. Therapy with me is not just about talking; it’s about gaining insight, creating meaningful change, and developing tools that you can carry into your daily life.
I provide services in both English and Spanish and am committed to offering culturally sensitive, individualized care that honors your unique experiences and background.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing and growth.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step my approach is all about making the process feel comfortable, supportive, and down-to-earth—like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, going through a big life change, or just feeling stuck, we’ll figure things out together at your pace. I bring a warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental energy to every session, and my goal is to create a space where you can be your full self—laugh, cry, vent, reflect, explore… whatever you need, it's all welcome.
I've had the privilege of working with kids, teens, and adults, and I understand that each stage of life comes with its own ups, downs, and curveballs. No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll start there—no pressure, no pretense. Just real talk and real support.
Hi, I'm Leanne.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
A bit about me: I’m a true crime junkie, I love painting, bowling, and music in any mood, so trust me when I say there is nothing too weird or too much here. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way. When you come into the therapy room, I will be warm, welcoming, and real, because therapy can feel intimidating and nobody needs extra pressure on top of what they already carry.
I welcome you with presence and compassion. As an integrative, holistic psychotherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner, my approach to healing is grounded in both evidence-based practice and mindful awareness. I honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit as we work together to release emotional pain, strengthen inner resilience, and cultivate balance and purpose.
I support adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, or periods of spiritual awakening and transformation. Many of my clients are sensitive, self-aware individuals who sense that true healing goes beyond talk therapy — it involves coming home to oneself.
In our sessions, I offer a grounded, safe space where you can explore your story, develop new tools for growth, and cultivate self-compassion. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering your wholeness. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more empowered, present, and connected to the life you want to create.
It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. We'll collaborate on identifying your strengths, as it's important to recognize how your current mindset and decisions are impacting the challenges you face in life.

If you feel overwhelmed by a sea of things outside of your control— facing a new health diagnosis, a deep loss or the weight of anxiety—I am here to help you anchor yourself. I am a multi-state licensed therapist (CA, MA, WA, MD, SC) offering flexible scheduling coast to coast. I am dedicated to helping you move from feeling boxed in to feeling empowered to make changes. My approach is centered on controlling the controllables. We will work together to identify the practical steps you can take today whether you are navigating through a career change or new stage in your life, or processing the deeper emotional impact of grief, trauma or chronic illness. I look forward to helping you find your footing and reclaim your sense of agency.
Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well. I see virtual clients and accept females, teens, and couples only for in person sessions.

Bob Shelby, LMFT, John F Kennedy University
After earning my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, I spent a number of years traveling the world and then went on to earn two Master’s degrees, the second in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working as a therapist for close to seven years, but have worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, and families for over 15 years. I built my own academic counseling business after my first graduate school, in which I fostered relationships with families and the community. This experience working closely with hundreds of local families gave me great insight into the power of supportive, goal oriented, client centered, positive relationships as catalysts for change in individuals and relational systems.
I approach my clients with the belief that they are capable and valuable, and that with my support in identifying their strengths and resources, both internal and external, they can gain skills and achieve goals that can instill a sense of hope which enables them to move forward successfully.
I have spent a great deal of time traveling, living, and working in diverse parts of the world, and I believe my own experiences coupled with my genuine positive regard for people has cultivated a broad perspective of understanding that contributes to my success as a therapist.

Hi I am Kao, I firmly believe that as humans we have an innate desire for growth and balance. Unfortunately, often we physically respond to ingrained negative cues and messages that get stuck in our body. Many times these old cues manifest themselves in our body as anxiety, depression, and other trauma responses. It can feel like we are living life just trying to cope with the loudness of these negative messages. What if instead of just gaining tools to “cope” with these trauma responses, we could eliminate them all together? How might your life look? My hope is that in our work together we will be able to address wounds and move towards healing so that you don’t have to “cope” anymore. Instead you can thrive and have a sense of self-awareness that brings constant peace and clarity.
Welcome! My name is Lorrie!

My focus has been on guiding clients toward personal growth and emotional well-being through compassionate and insightful support.
I was drawn to a career as a therapist by a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Witnessing the immense potential for personal growth and healing that can be achieved through therapy, I felt a strong calling to be a facilitator of that transformative process. The opportunity to provide support, guidance, and empowerment to individuals facing challenges and seeking to improve their well-being is what truly drives me. Seeing clients overcome obstacles, gain insight, and experience positive change reinforces my passion and commitment to this meaningful work.
