From our very first session, I felt an immediate connection with Itzel! She's incredibly warm, inviting, and kind, which made it easy for me to by myself right away. I appreciate how she balances being deeply empathetic with being honest and direct. She validates and reassures me when I need it and isn't afraid to challenge or ground me when I need it. Overall, I leave every session feeling happier and satisfied. I strongly recommend her to anyone!

Itzel was very knowledgeable and kind. She was gentle when asking questions and made sure I was never uncomfortable with the topic she wanted to address. I really appreciated her askikng about what I've found works for me in the past and what didn't work. I felt I wouldn't have a "by the book" approach, Itzel would try to suggest things that work with how I feel and what I'm capable of committing to.
