Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, with an extensive professional career, over 20-years, working with trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, child abuse, addiction, forensic populations, grief, and more. Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session just gives us time to go over what's expected, and any goals you want to obtain. More importantly, its for you to get comfortable talking to me, and sharing your story, so we can work towards a common goal.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm an active listener, very compassionate, and never judge anyone for their actions in the past. The goal is always to strive to do better, and overcome any hardships in the way of true happiness.
