Hi, I'm Kelly , and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida since 1999. I also have 20 years teaching experience at Palm Beach State College in psychology. I aim to create a genuine connection with my clients, Provide an atmosphere, that feels comfortable and supportive, and guide them through the changes they're looking to make.
I want them to have the proper environment to focus on themselves and their goals, without the interruption of every day life.
I feel the most important part of a therapeutic relationship is the connection you have with your clients.
First session
Our first session will be one of getting to know each other, developing rapport, and setting the positive, comfortable environment to provide the best atmosphere to work on goals and challenge faulty, thinking.
Strengths
I have been lucky to spend past 25 years working with clients and teaching psychology at the college level simutsneously. I feel that psychoeducation is very important in any counseling session. I also enjoy working with a client developing goals and assisting them in fulfilling those goals.
Ideal clients
I have spent a lot of my time working with teens, their parents, young adults, and people in stress filled fields, such as nursing and first responders.

My belief is, if you change the way you think changing your behaviors will follow. I take a little bit from all of the modalities to provide a supportive environment to grow.
