Eileen has a diverse style that can be seen on display in the area of Direct Services performed through bio-psychosocial assessments, substance abuse assessments and will provide brief solution-focused counseling as needed.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Screening assessments are used to help determine treatment methods. GAD7 screening for anxiety, PHQ9 screening for depression - This is a 9-question tool to help explore feelings, behaviors and thoughts that lead to depression. In formal assessments will be used along with homework assignments. Sleep assessment questionnaire SAQ, CAGE questionnaire is a tool used for substance abuse

Eileen excels in areas of Depression, Anxiety and Self-Esteem. Her strength is working with Depression allows her to help resolve and monitor progress with clients. Over the years anxiety has increased and Eileen works directly with clients with anxiety and develops strategies to help decrease anxiety. Eileen promotes and has studied self-esteem to discover "Self-Esteem is about a relationship with yourself". She has used tools as a radio talk show host to educate the community on mental health for each of these areas along with presentations.
