Hello, I’m Lillian. Do you ever wonder if you can feel less stuck in life? Is it hard to imagine what thriving could look like for you? I strive to work together to help process your thoughts and feelings to untangle your clouded mind and find balance mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I use a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach integrated with Biblical principles to address your mental health needs. I also believe it’s difficult sometimes to use words to express themselves so I enjoy using art and sandtray to help you process and better communicate. Seeking therapy can be intimidating and finding the right therapist can be a hassle but you’ve already taken one step closer to a better you. While I hope to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable, I also encourage honesty so we can get to the root of your struggles together. I look forward to meeting you!
In our first session together, we will make brief introductions then we will dive deeper into more challenging questions and concerns.
I use mainly person centered and cognitive behavioral approach throughout the counseling process. I also use art and sandtray as supplemental tools to help process thoughts and feelings.
I offer compassion, acceptance and a space to slow down in the midst of the busyness and chaos. My strength is found in helping you to pick up the puzzle pieces of your life to allow you to find stability and balance.
