In your first therapy session, clients can expect a variety of experiences that include but not limited to: introductions and rapport building, setting goals , the tone, and boundaries, discussing the client's concerns, the gathering of information, goals setting, explained the techniques of therapy, and feeling out the fit of the therapy process.
