As a professional, I work collaboratively with my clients in a safe and open environment to identify goals and work towards favorable resolutions. My therapeutic approach integrates Trauma-Focused - CBT; Solution-focused, play therapy, talk therapy, person-centered, motivational techniques to help individuals, couples, and families achieve more balance and satisfaction in life. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, children, and elders who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions (pre-marital), adjustment disorders, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
On our first session, I will complete a biopsychosocial assessments. You will get a diagnosis. It is usually lengthy and through but it will be a guide for treatment.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I am certified in Prepare-Enrich (Marriage therapy). I am also nationally certified in Trauma Focused. In addition I utilized a variety of therapeutic interventions such as talk therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution Focused and much more.
