Are you a Christian who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, distracted by ADHD, or unsure how to move forward while staying grounded in your faith? I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a fellow Christian who understands the importance of integrating faith with emotional and mental health. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety and ADHD with practical tools, compassionate support, and a faith-informed perspective. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about your struggles, strengthen your emotional well-being, and grow in both confidence and faith.
In your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share about your current challenges, your goals for counseling, and any questions you may have about the process. We’ll also talk about your background, including your faith, and how you would like that to be included in our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable and respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin identifying practical steps toward the change you’re hoping for.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the way I thoughtfully integrate evidence-based practices with Christian faith. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) alongside relevant scripture to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many clients find that combining practical, research-supported skills with biblical truth helps them experience meaningful change. This approach not only provides effective tools for managing anxiety and ADHD, but also helps clients grow in wisdom, resilience, and faith as they work toward lasting healing.
I am best positioned to serve Christian individuals who are navigating the unique challenges of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions. My ideal clients often feel overwhelmed by the tension between their faith, their inner experiences, and the expectations placed on them by others or themselves. They may be seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of purpose, while also wanting their beliefs and values to be understood and respected within the therapeutic process. These clients are often motivated for growth but may feel stuck, misunderstood, or discouraged by past attempts to cope. They might struggle with focus, social connection, intrusive thoughts, or adapting to change, and are looking for practical tools alongside compassionate support. I work best with individuals who are open to exploring both psychological and spiritual dimensions of their healing, and who want to build resilience, strengthen their identity, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

It only allowed me two options above, but Kelley also presented a warm, friendly environment. She is caring and a very intelligent young woman. i am glad I found her and look forward to working with her.

I have worked with Kelly before she moved to grow. The style question is hard because she exemplifies so many of these styles. She is soft spoken, but direct. She will give various perspectives I have never thought of and helps me find outside the box solutions to my problems, while keeping my needs as a ND individual in mind. I would always recommend her, 20 times over. I have learned so much about myself, and my needs just by her insight.
