In our first session together, here's what you can expect

When you come to your first session, my main goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll start by getting to know each other a bit — I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and a bit about your background and current life situation. I’ll listen closely to understand what’s most important to you. This helps me tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. During this session, I’ll also explain how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and discuss confidentiality to help you feel secure in the process. My role is to support and guide you at your pace — therapy is a partnership, and together we’ll work toward healing, growth, and positive change.
