(he/him)
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps individuals work through anxiety, past trauma, and relationship challenges. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I help clients understand patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build more fulfilling connections with themselves and others. My goal is to support lasting, meaningful change from the inside out. Reach out and lets get started!
In our first session, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll explore your current concerns, review your history, and begin identifying patterns or goals you’d like to work on. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how therapy can support your healing and growth.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session and have a strong ability to identify underlying patterns that impact how people relate to themselves and others. My training in trauma-informed care and relational work helps me support clients in building insight, resilience, and more connected lives. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood.
I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy relational dynamics. Whether it’s difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or navigating anxiety tied to relationships, my clients are ready to better understand themselves and grow. They want healthier patterns, deeper self-awareness, and tools to improve how they show up in their relationships and lives.
I use Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients safely explore and reframe the thoughts and beliefs shaped by past trauma. By integrating grounding techniques, psychoeducation, and a focus on emotional regulation, I support clients in understanding how trauma has impacted their nervous system and thought patterns. My approach emphasizes safety, empowerment, and collaboration, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and in control of their healing process.
I also utilize Interpersonal (Relational) Therapy to support clients in exploring and improving their relationship patterns. We work on identifying unhelpful interaction styles, building emotional awareness, and strengthening communication skills. This relational focus complements trauma‑informed CBT by addressing how past attachment and relational wounds influence present-day connections and well-being.
