I am a ten year Navy Veteran and former Police Officer with fifteen years of experience. Are you having difficulties sleeping at night? Flashbacks of previous terrifying experiences continuing to cause you paralyzing fear? Are you looking for the exit everywhere you go? As a first responder, active duty military, or veteran you have given up so much. It's time to be on the receiving end of the help you have provided to so many. I also provide individual, couples and group therapy to adults and minors ages 13 to 18.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help create a tailored plan focus to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is being able to connect with the individual by just listening. I've been working in the public service sector, in one capacity or another for over twenty years, and the common denominator in all my jobs was the development and application of effective communication skills. And the most important aspect of effective communication is the ability to listen to what is being said, and not wait until the other person finishes speaking so you can talk. " We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak"Epictetus.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
