Hello there, my name is Michelle Fitzhugh. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, here to serve young your mental health needs. I am committed to creating a safe space, while meeting my clients right where they are. I strive to help clients feel empowered by remaining them of the strength they already possess within. I utilize a variety of techniques, including (but not limited to), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, increasing self-worth, empowerment, self-esteem, and work/life balance. My expertise are in the areas of anxiety, depression, coping, adjustment disorders, trauma, life stressors, postpartum, and self discovery. As I for a collaborative relationship with my clients, my goal is to provide a listening ear, guidance, and new strategies that will help you heal and achieve your ultimate mental health dreams/goals.
