Hello there, my name is Michelle Fitzhugh. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, here to serve young your mental health needs. I am committed to creating a safe space, while meeting my clients right where they are. I strive to help clients feel empowered by remaining them of the strength they already possess within. I utilize a variety of techniques, including (but not limited to), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, increasing self-worth, empowerment, self-esteem, and work/life balance. My expertise are in the areas of anxiety, depression, coping, adjustment disorders, trauma, life stressors, postpartum, and self discovery.
