Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Ramzia Saadi and I’m a clinical social worker with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I create a space that’s compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trust—where you’re encouraged to show up just as you are. I believe in the power of understanding your story, honoring your strengths, and gently exploring the patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-awareness, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and non-judgment. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build insight, develop tools that truly fit your life, and create meaningful, lasting change. I look forward to getting to know you.
Our first session is all about getting to know you—at your pace, in your own words. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. This is a space where you can exhale, show up just as you are, and start to share what’s been on your mind and heart. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore any goals or hopes you may have, and I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your story, strengths, and what support might be most helpful to you. If you’re not sure what your goals are yet—that’s completely okay. We’ll figure it out together. You can also ask me anything—about the process, my approach, or anything else you’re curious or concerned about. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and safe. This first step is the beginning of a collaborative process where we’ll build trust, develop clarity, and work together in a way that truly honors your experiences and values.
What sets my work apart is the balance I hold between deep compassion and practical change. I bring a grounded, thoughtful presence into the room; someone who will genuinely listen, ask the right questions, and gently challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my approach helps clients build awareness of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—while also making room for the deeper layers underneath: old beliefs, emotional wounds, and the roles or masks you’ve had to wear. Together, we untangle these threads so you can move forward with more freedom and self-trust. Clients often tell me they feel seen in ways they haven’t before. They appreciate the clarity they gain, the emotional safety they feel, and the tools they can actually use between sessions. I don’t just help you cope I help you transform the relationship you have with yourself and your life.
Over the years, I’ve found that I’m especially well-suited to support individuals who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level. Those who feel stuck in old patterns, weighed down by self-doubt, or overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or life transitions. I often work with people who are highly self-aware but still feel disconnected from their own needs, values, or inner voice. Many of my clients are caretakers, professionals, or sensitive souls who have learned to wear masks to keep going—but now want to live more authentically and aligned. If you’re navigating burnout, overthinking, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, or just feeling “off” but unsure why—you’re not alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, reconnect with your inner clarity, and find a grounded, empowered path forward.
CBT is used to work on current problems and is goal oriented. It assists us in understanding how our thoughts affect our actions. If you struggle with anxiety, depression or even emotional concerns such as stress and coping; then this is a great method to use to unlearn negative thinking.
