I have over 15 years of experience using a non-judgmental, trauma informed approach to helping clients navigate desired changes, identify negative thought patterns, increase resilience, and getting "unstuck." Using a person centered approach to helping clients navigate their thoughts/feelings and helping them become more self-aware to feel empowered to make changes and process feelings helping them become the best version of themselves.

At our first session, I would like to get to know you and what brought you to seek therapy. We will develop a therapeutic rapport and discuss what your goals for therapy are.

I am very empathetic and person centered in my therapeutic approach. I use a variety of techniques and skills drawn from evidence based treatment modalities that will be used based on individual needs and preferences.

I work with adults ages 18 through 99. My specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, schizophrenia, Bipolar I and II, stress management, self-esteem issues, dual diagnosis, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal/relationship issues.
