In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session, is generally an assessment bring a blanket, something to drink and be cozy. The information needed are prescriptions, physician contact, and goals for service.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have worked in what some people would consider difficult enviornments treatment centers, residential juvenile center, community mental health, private college and public education. I enjoy using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy. I want clients to feel heard.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I do not have a dream client. I would want a client that shows up and is as authentic as possible given their current situation. I have worked different fields and enjoyed all of them. I enjoy peeling back the layers with clients.
