I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and meaningful inner work. Together, I will focus on creating a grounded and supportive space where emotions are welcomed, nervous systems can settle, and safety is welcome. I will help you reconnect with your own sense of clarity and strength. Whether we’re using creative expression, mindfulness, or cognitive tools, therapy is laced with care and built around what feels safe and meaningful to you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s feeling overwhelming or unclear, and begin identifying goals together. These goals could be learning to manage anxiety, build confidence, adjust to change, or develop emotional tools. You will guide our direction. My sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and intentional. Our therapeutic relationship is my highest priority, so please bring your authentic self with you and let's meet each other wherever you are.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strengths lie in helping clients feel emotionally safe, seen, and engaged. I integrate mindfulness, expressive therapy, and cognitive tools to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and internal resilience. My work is informed by ongoing Jungian study through the C.G. Jung Institute of New England and training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy through ACPE. Whether working with a teen or adult, I create space for both reflection and practical change, blending warmth with structure and insight.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I support clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, whether that’s a teen navigating school anxiety, or an adult moving through transition. Many of my clients are sensitive, creative, thoughtful, or “in their head” and benefit from reconnecting with their body, values, and emotional tools. I specialize in anxiety, adjustments/transitions, school or work stress, family dynamics and questions of meaning, belief, or spiritual identity.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns that may be fueling anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional distress. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts influence your feelings and behavior. We can then practice strategies to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness is the practice of returning to the present moment with awareness and compassion. In our sessions, we’ll use simple techniques: breathwork, grounding, or guided imagery; to help you reduce anxiety, tune in to your body, and create space between reactivity and response.
Strength-Based
I believe healing starts by honoring what’s already strong within you. Together, we’ll clarify your strengths, values, and inner resources and practice leaning on them with intention. Over time, you’ll begin to navigate challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
Mind-body approach
Our emotional and physical states are deeply connected. Using body-based practices like breathwork, sensory grounding, or gentle somatic awareness, I help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with a felt sense of calm and safety.
Integrative
My approach is integrative, drawing from modalities like CBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and expressive tools. I tailor each session with care, choosing methods that feel most supportive for your goals and process. Our work unfolds at a pace that honors your timing and supports lasting integration.

It's only the first session, but I feel like I've been talking her for weeks now. She's easy to talk to, and I feel seen. I look forward to future sessions with her.
