New to Grow
Hi, I’m Stephanie, Licensed Master Social Worker, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. I provide a supportive space to process experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing. My goal is to walk alongside you as a steady, compassionate guide while you work toward greater emotional well-being and balance. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and empowering process. My approach is client-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique goals, strengths, and challenges. Over time, my goal is that my clients start feeling more grounded, confident, and connected—to themselves and others. My hope is that therapy not only helps you cope and heal but empowers you to grow.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session we will talk about what you are struggling with now and what you would like to get out of therapy. This is mostly a getting to know each other session so that you are more comfortable in trusting me.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I lived a life before becoming a social worker. I had my children rather young, I married a man who was active duty in military and lived on a military base and I worked in customer service jobs. I believe that all of my life experiences have made me better clinician than I would have been without them. Because of my experiences I am more able to relate and empathize with such a wide and diverse group of people.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I very much enjoy working with people that are struggling in their lives and want to make meaningful changes. Whether that struggle is with anxiety, depression, truama, stress, life changes, or anything in between if you are ready to work I am here help.
