New to Grow
I provide clinical therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and the various stressors that can impact daily functioning. Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, we will assess the underlying factors contributing to your distress, identify maladaptive patterns in thoughts and behaviors, and implement strategies designed to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being. The pace of therapy will be guided by your comfort and readiness. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive, and effective space where you can grow, heal, and build the skills to improve your overall well-being.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
It takes courage to reach out for support, and I want you to feel seen and understood from the very first session. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges in a way that works for you. If you’re thinking about therapy, reach out and let’s explore together if working with me feels like the right fit.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to create a safe, structured, and clinically grounded environment where clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged. I balance warmth with directness, helping clients move beyond insight into measurable change. Clients often describe my approach as compassionate yet goal-oriented. I am skilled at identifying patterns in thought processes, attachment dynamics, and behavioral responses that contribute to anxiety, depression, relational distress, and life transitions. Rather than offering surface-level coping strategies alone, I focus on helping clients understand the underlying drivers of their symptoms and develop sustainable strategies for long-term improvement.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I offer evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic methods, but I also believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself—where we can be honest, ask tough questions, and even have a little fun along the way. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Supportive
I will guide and be support to my clients and support them where they are without judgment.
