Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral therapy, an evidence- based approach that focuses on helping clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are related so they can make changes in their lives. I enjoy collaborating with clients to identify triggers, appropriate coping skills, and changes in thinking to create helpful responses to life experiences.
