What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Building rapport is extremely important in the therapeutic relationship. Once goals are established, we will discuss actionable targets to focus on. Homework to stay on track between sessions will be offered so that you get the most out of therapy. Feedback is always welcome to make sure that feel comfortable with the process.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I love the quote: “If it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too. - Ivan Nuru” I believe we get to choose who we become. We face adversity to become resilient. We endure hard things to become strong. We find joy when we embrace gratitude. My approach involves acceptance and commitment strategies along with cognitive behavioral techniques; I partner with clients to collaborate on goals that align with what they value most.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

If you are trying to figure out how to meet the next challenge life presents to you, I'd love to help you on this path.
