Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by lingering sadness? Do you find yourself stuck in patterns that don't make sense, but feel hard to change? Are your relationships leaving you frustrated or emotionally drained? If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Florida, I work with adults of all ages to help uncover root causes, build insight, and create meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you’re free to be yourself. I’ll begin by asking some thoughtful questions to get to know you—your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and we will start to figure out what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also complete two brief screening assessments to help establish a baseline, which allows us to track your progress over time. Our sessions are not about pressure or judgment. They are about beginning a collaborative process where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you feel at ease and be very active in your therapy as we start working toward greater clarity, healing, and personal growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m passionate about sharing tools, insights, and psychoeducation that can empower you in practical, meaningful ways. I take an active role in helping you move forward, and nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing my clients begin to feel better, stronger, and more at peace in their lives. Another one of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to truly tune in to what my clients are experiencing. As an empath, I’m deeply attuned to the emotional nuances in each session, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. I bring patience, presence, and a non-judgmental approach to our work, allowing for honest exploration at your own pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a psychodynamic perspective, allowing us to address both present-day challenges and the underlying patterns that may be shaping them. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, difficult work situations, and emotional expression. Whether you're questioning the health of a relationship, coping with the aftermath of a breakup, or trying to understand complex emotions, I provide a warm, supportive, and active therapeutic space. I also have experience supporting individuals on the higher end of the autism spectrum in developing insight into emotional and relational dynamics.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be a highly effective tool that helps patients gain clarity, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical skills for lasting change.

Psychodynamic

Sometimes, feelings like anxiety or depression—and the behaviors that come with them—can seem confusing or out of your control. Psychodynamic therapy helps uncover the underlying causes of these experiences. Together, we explore the deeper patterns and emotional roots, so you can better understand yourself and make lasting changes.
