Have you felt the pull to begin therapy but found the journey overwhelming or uncertain? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to walk it alone either. I create a compassionate space for women, teens, and young adults who are ready to heal, grow, and rediscover their identity. Many of my clients are high-functioning, faith-filled, and deeply tired — carrying the weight of life transitions, unhealed wounds, and emotional overwhelm. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused modalities, I help my clients explore what’s holding them back and move toward a life of clarity, peace, and purpose.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is all about you! I break the ice by acknowledging the brave step you took to show up- and then I walk you through the intake process. I ask a lot of questions about what motivated you to start therapy, and I gather information about your background to help me best help you. I check in with you during this process to ensure that you are comfortable and understanding the "why" of the assessment process.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in which I work with clients to improve thinking habits and behaviors. In session, I focus on active listening to support reflection, and encourage the use of mindfulness, relaxation, and other evidenced-based strategies to promote mental health. I also use Solution-Focused therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help my clients achieve their desired therapy goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

After working with people from a variety of backgrounds for the past 12 years, I have a gift of showing up for women in a way that helps them feel comfortable sharing their most vulnerable experiences. I listen without judgement and I utilize compassion, humor, and a "no sugarcoating" style of relating to my clients to work with them to develop insight, foster self-compassion, and have motivation to change. I encourage my clients to show up as themselves, and leave better than they came into the session.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in supporting those navigating the complexities of “adulting,” burnout, anxiety, infertility, and the desire for true restoration — not just coping. Whether you’re wrestling with the emotional toll of trying to conceive, grieving losses, or questioning your path, this is a space where your experience is honored.
