During our first session, we'll begin with brief introductions before delving into the particular challenges you're dealing with. This will allow me to develop a customized plan for our subsequent sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Some of the techniques are : Cognitive Restructuring: This involves identifying and challenging distorted or irrational thoughts. The goal is to replace these thoughts with more balanced and realistic ones. Behavioral Activation: This component focuses on increasing engagement in positive activities to counteract depression and other negative emotions. Skill Building: CBT often includes teaching coping skills and strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other issues. Exposure Therapy: For conditions like anxiety and PTSD, CBT may involve gradually exposing individuals to feared.
