Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed, overthink conversations, or absorb the stress and emotions of others? I help highly sensitive people, empaths, and professionals experiencing anxiety, burnout, and emotional overload. Using Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Based, Solution-Focused and Somatic approaches, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact. Together we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to calm anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and create greater emotional balance and resilience.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and the challenges you’re currently facing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together we’ll begin identifying helpful strategies and discuss how we can work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and understood. I combine practical tools from CBT, mindfulness, and somatic therapy to help clients reduce anxiety, manage stress, and break patterns of overthinking. My approach focuses on helping clients build coping skills, emotional awareness, and lasting changes that improve daily life and overall well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in difficult life transitions and relationships. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Together we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and develop practical coping skills to create healthier patterns and improve daily functioning.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them explore their experiences, gain insight, and move toward meaningful growth and change.

Somatic

I incorporate somatic techniques to help clients become more aware of how stress and emotions are experienced in the body. By developing body awareness and nervous system regulation skills, clients can release tension, reduce anxiety, and build a greater sense of calm and resilience.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based techniques help clients become more present and aware of their thoughts and emotions without judgment. I use mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, reduce stress and overthinking, and help clients respond to challenges with greater clarity and balance.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and focus on practical solutions to current challenges. Rather than focusing only on problems, we work together to clarify goals, highlight what is already working, and build small, achievable steps toward meaningful change. This approach helps clients develop confidence, coping skills, and momentum in areas such as anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
