New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Therapist with a background in Social Work and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, providing treatment in a variety of settings. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I Let me help you on your journey and together we will work at a pace that is most comfortable for you.
Sometimes, we find ourselves feeling “stuck” and unable to move forward—or in any direction. Feeling as if you’re going nowhere, despite energy output, can be discouraging and defeating. Trust me, I understand. We all encounter challenging times in our lives. While the journey to healing can be lonely; I am here to walk with you every step of the way. I can assure you that I will provide a safe place for you to express yourself, free from judgement.
I bring warmth, compassion, honesty, and a calm, nonjudgmental presence to each session. I meet clients where they are while helping them gain insight, recognize their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My ideal client is someone navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. They are ready to better understand themselves, explore patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop healthier coping and communication skills. Together, we will build upon their strengths and work toward healing, increased confidence, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while developing healthier behaviors and practical coping skills.
I use attachment-based therapy to help clients understand how early relationships and experiences may influence their current emotions, needs, and relationship patterns.
I use ACT to help clients make room for difficult emotions, clarify their values, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.
I provide trauma-informed care by creating a safe, collaborative environment that recognizes the impact of trauma and supports healing at each client’s pace.
I use strength-based therapy to help clients recognize and build upon their existing abilities, resilience, and resources to overcome challenges and create meaningful change.
