Having benefited from therapy myself, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool for healing. My long-term clients appreciate my warm yet direct approach, and I often incorporate humor into our sessions because I believe that "laughter is medicine." I combine evidence based modalities, therapeutic connection, and empathy to be able to connect with my clients to assist them with being able to grow into their greatest potential.
