I have a nurturing, empathetic nature no matter how difficult the situation you may be facing. I use this to provide comfort and stability that you may not be experiencing elsewhere. I would be honored to help guide you through your journey whether it be major or simply needing a listening ear. I have several years of experience working with many different individuals.
During our first session I will get to know a little about your background and what led you to therapy. We will discuss symptoms you are having, how I can assist you, and what goals you have for therapy.
I provide a judgement free zone in order to give you comfort in knowing you are in a safe place to discuss yourself and your life. I tailor therapy to the individual so that you feel seen and heard.
I enjoy working one on one with clients to become their best selves. I have years of experience with working individually and helping them with life changes, stressors, guidance and providing support through their concerns. Whether clients have specific goals in mind, or need help deciding where they can grow mentally and emotionally, I enjoy assisting through that journey with them.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have used this method for the last 5 years. I work with clients to break down their thoughts and feeling and teach them how they are connected with their behaviors. We work together to learn how to change course and focus on things within your control.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I work with clients on mindfulness techniques and coping strategies to reduce symptoms and promote self sufficient skills.
Trauma Informed Care
I have worked with trauma for several years and worked with clients on processing their trauma and reducing symptoms.
