I am a body positive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist whose work is work is anti-oppressive and trauma informed. My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, grounded in clinical training from NCAT and lived experience within today’s social and cultural pressures. My work centers on honest reflection and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change; not just short-term relief. I’m less interested in quick fixes and more focused on helping you understand the patterns that shaped how you learned to survive, so change feels rooted, sustainable, and aligned with who you are becoming.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session clients can expect to go over background information and speak about what is bringing them to therapy. We will learn more about them and what they are experiencing. I will provide information on any diagnosis they may be experiencing or questions they may have, information about paperwork completed, and provide information on what to expect moving forward in therapy sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths include the ability to create a grounded, thoughtful space where complex emotional experiences can be explored without judgment or oversimplification. I help clients understand their patterns through a trauma-informed and culturally aware lens, offering clarity, practical tools, and honest reflection. Clients often share that my work feels both supportive and intellectually engaging, allowing for meaningful insight and sustainable change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional burnout.
