I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and all the curveballs that life tends to throw, whether it’s a major life transition or just that nagging feeling of being stuck. I also have a special place in my heart for those dealing with infertility, adoption, and the rollercoaster of parenting (I’ve been there, in more ways than one, through infertility, adoption, biology, and stepfamily life).
