I am a solution focused therapist. I work with clients to find solutions, that will move them toward healing. Homework, counseling activities and structured sessions are my specialty. Working with me will require effort but the outcome will be worth I provide individual therapy for individuals 18 and over and have been in the mental health field for 10 years. I love helping clients reach their goals.
Strengths
For many years, I have provided counseling to individuals, in Wisconsin and recently expanded to Colorado. My practice focuses on helping individuals impacted by depression, self-esteem issues and anxiety. It is my firm belief that showing yourself compassion and self-acceptance is an important step towards your growth.
