New to Grow
I bring 16 years of experience supporting adults with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I have worked with adults in all stages of recovery form those who need withdrawal management, residential treatment, partial hospitalization intense daily treatment, and relapse prevention. I provide compassionate, person‑centered care—whether someone pursues abstinence, harm reduction, or both—helping them build stability, recovery skills, and a healthier life.
Clients can expect to feel safe and heard in our first session. We will explore their reasons for seeking help.
As a husband, father of 2 school-aged children, and person in long-term recovery, I understand that balancing family life while facing mental health and substance use challenges can feel overwhelming for everyone involved. I help individuals and families understand how these issues affect their relationships, identify patterns that fuel stress, and build healthier ways to communicate and support one another. Together, we create realistic goals that strengthen connection, restore hope, and promote long‑term well‑being.
Adults and their families who experience negative impacts of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I have 15 years of experience with clients who are pre-contemplative regarding the need for changing their substance using behaviors at all levels of care. I have worked with families who are dealing with a loved one's substance use regardless of their loved one's readiness for change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
