Pahoua Xiong is a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing therapy services since 2019. She works with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, work burnout and stress. She uses Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Equine Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy.
At your first session, we will go over how you have been feeling; support you seek; and intake paperwork. We will come up with goals you want to work towards and schedule sessions after that. You will be in a safe and confidential space.
Being in business for 25 years, I went through burn out. I also had other roles outside of work that required my help and support. Burn out occurred and now my passion is to help women like me, out of burn out and into a path of healing and maintaining their well being. This will be a safe place for you to talk and to get the support you have been seeking.
Pahoua 'Pa-Hoo-a' helps women with their relationship struggles with their spouses, children, and social circle.
