Together we will identify specific issues and needs to establish achievable goals. Working collaboratively throughout the counseling and coaching process, we will continuously evaluate your progress as you become stronger and more confident in all of your life decisions.

I will bring to every session an earnest desire to facilitate your growth and healing and will walk alongside you so that you never feel alone. I spent 7 years as a Bereavement Counselor for my local hospice. In addition, I have experienced many grief events including the loss of my husband.

EMDR is a powerful therapy to address trauma issues. I use it when the client is open to it and when it seems the most appropriate therapeutic intervention.
