Are you ready to lay down some of your load? Come to a comfortable, safe space to unpack whatever you've been carrying. I utilize a strengths-based approach in talk therapy with an emphasis on instilling hope. Together we will celebrate the victories, find a way through the barriers, and walk a path of recovery in whatever part of the journey you are on.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, I will get an inventory of who you are. I will listen to what you want to get out of our counseling sessions and build a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

I will help you navigate life transitions- both the expected and unexpected. We'll identify and utilize the strengths and resources you already have and build skills you need to heal, cope with challenges, and move forward.

I have extensive experience working with diverse ages, cultures, faiths, occupations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Eclectic
I am a strengths-based, trauma-informed clinician and primarily use elements of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as therapeutic approaches. I have training in Relapse Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Multidimensional Family Therapy.
