My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Therapy with me is supportive, structured, and paced to meet your needs. Hi, I am a Licensed Counselor offering online individual therapy for adults. Life brings difficult thoughts, feelings, and hard situations that can pull you away from what matters most. You do not have to navigate these experiences alone. My approach centers primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Instead of trying to battle with the pain or challenges you are experiencing, we will work together to change how you relate to it.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys helping people work through the challenges life throws their way. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and everyday stressors. Life can be messy, and sometimes it feels like we're just trying to keep all the plates spinning without dropping one. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, speak freely, and even laugh occasionally. My approach is relaxed, genuine, and focused on helping you figure out what works best for you.

Being a mom can be beautiful, and brutally overwhelming. If you’re carrying invisible weight while trying to hold everything (and everyone) together, you’re not alone. Hi, I'm Olivia Lauzon, LCSW/LICSW and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider. I specialize in working with mothers navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the deep identity shifts that come with parenthood. Whether your trauma is recent or rooted in childhood, becoming a mom has a way of bringing it to the surface. The sleepless nights, the mental load, the pressure to “do it all,” it can stir up old wounds in ways no one prepared you for. I am licensed to see clients in CO, FL, and WA.
****Important: If you are in crisis, do not book a session, please call 911/988 or go to your nearest emergency room. Online care is the lowest level of care and not appropriate for emergent/crisis referrals as the message board is not monitored 24/7 and we are not on call.
I am a telehealth Provider licensed in 3 states with 25 years of experience and trained in a wide away of therapies.
Please note that I do not provide sex therapy, therapy for those court-ordered, high acuity, Bipolar, Psychosis, Personality Disorders, substance abuse, Child Protective Services cases or any legal issues. and eating disorders. Note that I do not provide evaluations for Emotional support animals or FMLA or related. These need to be completed by your Doctor.
Other: *** Please note that there needs to be a certain level of English Profiency for this process to transpire. I cannot accommodate a translator in session. If it is determined that there is a language barrier, you would need to seek a counselor who speaks in your 1st language.
As you can see online counseling has a few more rules than in person and we will review this in session too.
I am a mandatory reported of child and elder abuse and neglect and if I ever got subpoenaed to court, I would need to give up medical records.
If you are not motivated to change and are just looking to vent or someone to listen, I may not be the best fit as my style is more for those motivated to change and are seeking a life coach.
Before we can start working together there are some forms that are required. If we were in person, I would just hand them to you, but online, we do not have that option.

My style is warm, collaborative, and honest. We can explore what you have been through, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical ways to move forward. I know that culture, identity, relationships, and lived experiences shape how each of us sees the world, so I take time to understand what those mean for you. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin.

Navigating through the journey of life we inevitably run into hindrances that challenge our momentum. Change is hard and can often be sudden and unpredictable, leaving us without the proper tools to cope with these changes. We have to learn to acclimate to our surroundings on our terms. Whether it's a traumatic response, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, loss of confidence, feeling lost and overwhelmed, feelings of depression or stagnation, there's hope. It takes courage to look into a mirror and see who's looking back, it takes strength to want to make a change and hope to inspire change.
My goal is to inspire Hope. To inspire people to look inward and see what is there, what already exists. I want to see people believe in themselves. My goal is to assist people in regaining a strong and confident sense of self.
I am a licensed psychologist and I view therapy as a collaborative, structured process tailored to each patient's unique physiological, psychological, and situational needs. Every client's journey is unique — I start by listening carefully to your story and the specific challenges bringing you to therapy.
From there, we work as a team to identify the sources of your stress and build practical strategies that empower you to thrive in your day-to-day life. Whether we draw on present-focused skills, learn to navigate tough emotions, or process deeper memories — we decide the best path forward together.
Grounded in a comprehensive lifespan perspective, my goal is to foster long-term resilience, functional recovery, and health optimization through evidence-based practice.
I enjoy using humor in therapy. I feel that the client can be more relaxed with using this type of talk therapy. I was a nurse before I became a clinician and use some of my medical knowledge in your sessions. As a client you can decide how much or how little we focus on each topic. You are in charge of the sessions. I am here to help you balance your life and wishes.

Hi there,
I'm glad you're here. I can only imagine how many anxious thoughts you've had to move past just to get to this point. All of the words to how you feel, jumbled up into a noisy ball in your mind. People talk about self-care, and you've tried your best to practice this, but yet the stress and confusion about what to do next to change how you feel remains.
You've come to the conclusion that what you've been doing is not getting you closer to where you want to be, so you want to try something different. I'm here to tell you that you're in the right place.
I work with independent, high-functioning individuals who are looking for direction, clarity, and peace of mind. Whether you're dealing with workplace stress, relationship or family issues, or adjusting to life’s transitions, anxiety and depression do not have to run your life.
In our work together, I will provide a safe space for you to get in touch with your strengths and empower you to grow as an individual. I'm looking forward to meeting with you!
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and have been practicing since 2020. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical and School Counseling from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships so they can break unhelpful patterns and respond to life with greater intention. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, self-esteem, boundaries, and major life transitions.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals, drawing from approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, resilience, and confidence while creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, painting, journaling, and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.
Welcome! I am a licensed therapist dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful growth. My practice focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, major life transitions, relationship dynamics, and personal identity. I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs, combining cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness and humanistic care. Together, we will build actionable coping strategies, foster self-compassion, and empower you to live a more fulfilling, aligned life.
I'm a board-licensed therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. I believe that therapy is characterized by safety, trust, respect, and an emphasis on education and self-discovery. I have had the pleasure of conducting therapy with people of various ages and backgrounds. I have served in various clinical settings (e.g., inpatient psychiatric, outpatient counseling, addictions, etc.). My specializations include working with those who have experienced life-altering anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and chronic stress.
As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping others heal from their trauma. My true passion is being able to watch as my clients understand themselves on a deeper level, feel empowered and in control of their lives, and let their trauma become a part of their story rather than letting it dictate their lives. I love using EMDR to facilitate true healing, and DBT/CBT/TF-CBT to help clients learn the skills they need to manage symptoms as they come up. Every client I work with is met with warmth, a safe space to work through the deep pain, and acceptance at every level. Come as you are and we'll work together to get you to the most powerful version of you.

Hi, I'm Katie. With over seven years of dedicated experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my practice is built on a foundation of clinical excellence and compassionate, evidence-based care. I am deeply committed to helping you navigate your most challenging moments by utilizing proven therapeutic models and a direct, goal-oriented approach. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. Together, we won't just talk about the challenges you are facing—we will actively work to understand them and build a practical roadmap toward relief and healing.
Hi! I'm a queer feminist who cares deeply about uplifting my community. I believe that my job is all about helping others be unapologetically themselves. I do not believe in the concept of "cringe" and I encourage my clients to really examine shame and unpack how this emotion has attached so deeply into our understanding of self. I have been serving the queer, neurodivergent, sex-positive, and polyamorous community for years. If you fall under with any of those or are wondering if you do, you're in the right place!
Clients shouldn't have to be in therapy forever! Together, we'll co-create a balanced approach combining active listening with practical techniques, helping you reclaim your narrative and overcome obstacles. My clinical and holistic approach aims for deeper alignment and fulfillment—think more water, less soda.
As an LCSW, I'm trained in EMDR, certified in Theta Healing, Reiki, Transformational Life Coaching, and Therapeutic Touch, and am a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your wants, needs, and emotions. You know yourself best, and our work is about uncovering your truths rather than imposing mine.
Together, we'll determine the tools and approaches that best suit your needs, ensuring you feel heard, validated, and empowered. The goal is to help you confidently manage challenges independently over time. We'll walk side-by-side, with you gradually taking the lead and me offering steady support. If you have pressing concerns, those always take precedence.
Our sessions focus on understanding HOW you think, not just WHAT you think, exploring both conscious and unconscious beliefs and emotions. You'll leave with clear, actionable steps, such as mindfulness exercises, creative writing prompts, meditation, and breathwork techniques to regulate emotions and reclaim your narrative.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's "broken" but enhancing alignment and fulfillment while overcoming obstacles. By focusing on your goals and measuring progress, we can eliminate stigma, leaving shame behind and empowering you toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist in Washington, Montana, and Florida, and I truly believe caring for your mental health is one of the most important steps toward a steady, fulfilling life. Reaching out isn’t easy, so I’m really glad you’re here. I focus on supporting adults who are looking to expand their ways of coping and understand themselves better. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative—I use proven approaches while also trusting intuition to help you build skills and reconnect with your strengths. You can expect empathy, compassion, and a space where you can show up as your full self.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting adults, Veterans, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, chronic health concerns, and systems-related challenges. I’ve worked across medical, community, psychiatric, and government settings, which means I understand how personal struggles are often connected to larger life circumstances—not just what’s happening internally, but what’s happening around you.
First and foremost, my work is always person-centered; empathy and collaboration are the core of my therapeutic approach. We know that when it comes to your life, you are the expert. Whether you've uncovered it or not, you hold the deepest understanding of your past experiences, future goals, fears, desires, regrets, joys, and every other component of who you are. My role as your therapist is joining you on your journey to self-improvement and understanding, while being fully present and actively listening to ensure you feel heard and understood. As we dive into your mind, I engage by drawing from my education and training to give insight, offer a new perspective, propose solutions for change, identify helpful coping skills, and assist in various ways based on your individual needs.
Hello! I am an attachment-based, trauma-informed Marriage and Family Therapist. I offer a warm, grounding space where you can slow down and make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships feeling stuck. Therapy becomes a place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your self esteem, self efficacy, relationships, and move toward a life that feels aligned, authentic, and balanced.
We all have the opportunity in our life to start fresh. During the journey, we change, grow, heal, destroy, and can improve our lives. You will experience difficulties, and you are not alone. We are not alone in this world, but we are compelled to isolate ourselves from the fear of experiencing too much pain. I have many years of clinical training with life experiences, including successes and failures, but we are not provided a how to manual at birth. I have a sense of humor, but good sound clinical judgment, so take a leap of faith.
I take a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and work from a trauma-informed lens. I believe our reactions make sense, even when they feel overwhelming or confusing.
Together, we slow things down and begin to understand what’s underneath your experiences. I bring in an understanding of how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, helping your reactions feel more understandable and connected to what you’ve been through.
I see your reactions as signals worth paying attention to. Rather than only trying to manage them, we take time to understand why they’re showing up and what they might be connected to. From there, we can begin to shift how you respond, building tools that actually support you in a way that feels more grounded and effective.
I identify as a strength-based, person-centered therapist, and I believe that everyone has inherent assets that can be utilized towards individual goals and aspirations. I believe in engaging in inclusive, authentic professional relationships that respect, honor and enhance our unique motivations and perspectives. I am committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring environment, and providing the support and guidance that promotes health, healing and harmony.
Psychotherapy provides a safe place to discuss fears, thoughts, and difficult decisions we as humans must make during our journey in life. I believe we are capable of making life changes with the right tools. I am here to listen without judgement. I believe we all have a story to share. Being heard is one of the most important aspects of communication.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. By sharing your story, we can begin to process the trauma from experience to a new understanding, while remaining in the present.
Hi, I'm Daphne — a Licensed Professional Counselor and State-Approved Clinical Supervisor. For over a decade, I've walked alongside adults learning to be gentler with themselves, steadier in their emotions, and more confident in their lives.
I work best with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and mood-related struggles. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about who you're becoming, therapy can be a soft place to land — a space to understand yourself, build real tools, and create change that lasts.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped around you. I blend DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation — because understanding *how* your mind and emotions work is a powerful part of healing. I also make room for the spiritual and faith dimensions of your story, because healing isn't only in the mind. I bring an uplifting, grounded energy, and I love using imagery to help you see yourself and your life in new, hopeful ways.
I work best with clients who are curious, open, and ready to show up for their own growth. Together, we'll build on the strengths you already carry and move toward the life you're building.
Clients often leave with steadier emotions, deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and renewed confidence. It's my joy to hold your story gently while helping you grow.
A note: Requests for letters, evaluations, or documentation outside of standard therapy services require additional fees and aren't billable to insurance. ESA letters are available after intake and two additional therapy sessions.
I’m Eddie. I’m a therapist, husband, dad, and someone who has lived enough life to know that people can change. I became a father young, have experienced my own struggles with addiction and recovery, and wasn’t always the person I am today. Those experiences taught me how connected our mental, physical, relational, and spiritual lives really are. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in substance use treatment, where my lived experience gave me a deeper understanding of the people I served. I earned my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing telehealth therapy throughout Washington State. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationships, and identity. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing broken people or reducing someone to a diagnosis. To me, therapy is about becoming more aware of why we are the way we are, learning to live more intentionally, and recognizing that change is something we can actively create.
I have been practicing for over three years, in addition to two years of practicum experience, and I hold a Master’s in Social Work. I am also nearing completion of my Doctorate in Social Work.
As my ideal client, you are someone who recognizes the challenges you are facing and is motivated to seek support, guidance, and resources to work through them.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy.
Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing.
The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. I am excited that you are here and look forward to taking this journey alongside you.
My approach to therapy is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means we will look at how your past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns shape how you feel and act today. However, human beings are complex, and a single formula does not fit everyone. I dynamically integrate multiple therapeutic techniques—drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness practices—tailoring each session to exactly what your unique situation warrants in the moment.I believe the clinical, sterile reputation of mental health care can often keep people from getting the support they deserve. Because of this, my primary goal is to demystify the therapeutic process and make our sessions feel as comfortable and natural as a genuine conversation. You do not need to worry about clinical jargon, cold assessments, or feeling like a case study. Instead, we will work as collaborative partners in a warm, down-to-earth space, talking through your challenges openly so you can understand yourself deeper and build a clearer path forward.
I'm not just a therapist. I'm a coffee enthusiast who starts each day with a pour-over and a quiet moment before the world wakes up. I'm an outdoor lover who believes fresh air and moving my body are non-negotiable whether that's a hike, 4x4ing, hitting the resort/ backcountry, a walk with the family, or just standing in the backyard feeling the sun. And I'm a family man. A partner. A parent. Someone who knows what it's like to be pulled in ten directions and still want to show up fully for the people around me.
That life outside the office isn't separate from my work. It's what keeps me refreshed, grounded, and able to come back to this chair with presence and energy. I don't just talk about balance I live it, imperfectly and intentionally.
The work I've done reflects that same groundedness.
I've been shaped by a wide range of experiences: residential treatment settings where the stakes were high and the progress was hard-won. Outpatient practice where life happens between sessions jobs, kids, marriages, breakdowns and breakthroughs. I've sat with clients across the entire lifespan, from geriatric patients navigating legacy and loss to teens just beginning to ask who they are.
That breadth taught me something: suffering doesn't discriminate by age, and neither does healing. Whether you're sixteen or sixty, whether you're processing trauma or just trying to feel less alone, the fundamentals are the same. You want to be seen. You want to be understood. And you want a way forward that actually fits your life.
That's what I'm here for.
Welcome, and thank you for looking at my mental health provider profile. I hope we are able to work together in counseling to help you through a difficult time and improve the quality of your life. My education and experience include bachelors (Idaho State University} and master's degrees (University of British Columbia) in Social Work. I am clinically licensed in Washington and Idaho states. My background is in physical and mental health with internships in Hospice, and inpatient psychiatric hospital for severely mentally ill, and in end-of-life AIDS care. My employment has included hospital social work, emergency department social work, mental health and suicide assessments and safety planning including hospitalization, if necessary, trauma (physical and emotional), and grief and end-of-life counseling. I also did several years of private mental health practice with individuals, couples and children. Most recently I worked with high-risk adolescent youth who failed foster care and were placed by the State in residential care. I am unmarried with very close children and grandchildren. I have 3 dogs and a couple of mice-cats, and chickens for their eggs. I grew up in a military (US Marine Corp) family in California and on the east coast, eventually settling back in California. I left California for college and university then settled in rural Washington State. I enjoy the company and consultation of my sisters who are a clinical social worker and a registered nurse. I enjoy home improvement projects, training my dogs, attempts at vegetable gardening with limited success, family gatherings playing with grandchildren and grand nieces and nephews, exploring historical and cultural connections from the Appalachian Mountains, and reading books and watching movies, especially historical fiction. One of my favorite things that sustain my emotional well-being is to laugh and have fun with the people I love.

Hello, I’m Linda, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to fostering meaningful change and personal growth through a person-centered, strengths-based approach. My style is warm, empathetic, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life transitions—whether you’re navigating career shifts, relationship challenges, or personal identity exploration.
I work with a diverse range of clients across cultures, backgrounds, identities, and ages. My practice is inclusive and affirming, welcoming those seeking support in cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Through active listening and collaborative dialogue, I aim to understand your unique perspective and co-create a therapeutic path that feels empowering and aligned with your values
Hi, and welcome to a safe space for you to be able to express your thoughts and feelings. I am here to support you on your healing journey, provide validation, and help you grow by educating, processing, and calling out behaviors and areas in need of growth. In this walk, you are not alone. I am ready to walk with you.
I value authenticity, empathy, and self-awareness, both for myself, my clients, and as a critical part of the therapeutic process (I also take advantage of the healing power of laughter whenever possible!). I aim to normalize and validate my clients’ experiences without judgment, and above all, provide the most basic of human needs: to feel seen and heard.
My name is Stephanie (or Stevie, either is fine) and I have been providing therapy in NJ exclusively via telehealth for about the last 5 years (prior to that, in person). I have a deep passion and respect for the power of therapy to change lives, which I have been privileged to witness in my work with clients, as well as in my personal life, both through the consistent use of therapy as part of my own self-care, as well as having spent the last 20 years raising two children with special needs. If you have been struggling with symptoms of depression or anxiety, particularly if they are related to a traumatic experience, I would love the opportunity to work with you to reduce your symptoms and help you experience a present that is not overshadowed by your past.
I love working with women ages 20 to 30-something who are still in academia or just starting out in their careers, but also love working with women of any age. I frequently work with survivors of child sexual abuse, as well as those struggling with issues related to self-worth, but work with other conditions as well.
You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin — that's okay. I know that first step can feel like the hardest one to take. All you need is the willingness to take it.
I help adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, chronic health conditions, pain, or major life changes reconnect with themselves and feel more in control of their lives.
I began my social work career in 2006 in medical social work, hospice, and home health, supporting individuals and families through chronic illness, serious health concerns, loss, and difficult transitions. These experiences shaped my understanding of the deep connection between physical health and emotional well-being.
I became a mental health provider because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered. I'm passionate about helping people regain a sense of themselves, find hope, and develop tools to move forward through trauma, stress, and difficult circumstances. Sometimes life simply becomes too much, and it's okay to say, "This is hard," and ask for help.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, pain, medical trauma, and traumatic experiences.
My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, clinical hypnosis, IFS-informed and parts-based approaches, Ego State Therapy, Imaginal Nurturing, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), tailored to each client's needs and goals.
I believe wellness is holistic — we don't get sick one way, and we don't get well one way. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I'm here to support your whole-person well-being through counseling, so you can get back to being you and enjoy life again.
Hello, my name is Ace (they/them or ze/hir pronouns) and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the intersections of neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identity, and disability.
Have you ever wished you could talk about your concerns without having to give a 101 level lecture first? Are you struggling to find treatment as an Autistic adult or an adult with ADHD? Whether you're undiagnosed, questioning, newly diagnosed, or just looking for some extra support, I'm here to meet you where you're at with tools and strategies that work. I'm a queer, Autistic, non-binary psychologist of color and I've spent the last seven years learning to provide support to members of my communities as they navigate systems of care not built for us. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and consensual, that evidence-based treatment must honor culture and neurotype, and that gender-affirming care is a human right.
If you're struggling to build a system of supports and accommodations that will allow you to thrive, if you're questioning your gender or sexuality and need a guide, or if you're just looking for a safer space to process the everyday stresses of your life. You are welcome here.
I have over 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I primarily work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family or relationship difficulties. Many clients seek treatment because they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to manage the challenges they’re facing.
My approach is structured and evidence‑based. I focus on helping you understand the factors contributing to your symptoms and developing clear, practical strategies for change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness‑based interventions to support emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and build healthier behavioral patterns.
Accountability is an important part of the work we do together. I will support you, but I will also provide direct feedback and encourage consistent follow‑through on the changes you identify as important. Progress requires active participation, and I work best with clients who are ready to take responsibility for implementing new skills and strategies between sessions.
My Style is:
Straightforward – Honest and clear, but always respectful.
Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory.
Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Encouraging – Support that helps you feel capable, validated, and motivated to change.
Accountability-focused – Growth comes from owning your choices and committing to real change.
This works well if you are willing to:
• Look at your own patterns and find areas for growth and change
• Practice new skills between our sessions and create a plan for change
• Stay open to feedback, exploration, and trying approaches that fit your unique needs
Hello, I'm Megan Young and I have over 10 years of experience supporting children and families through a variety of challenges and life transitions. My approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and focused on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood. I believe in building on the strengths, relationships, and skills that are already present to help you grow, connect, and thrive.
Hi, I'm Carla, and I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for therapy isn't always easy, and I believe finding the right therapist is an important first step. I work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, or the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. Whether you're balancing work, family, relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be practical. I won't just listen; we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your everyday life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and person-centered techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I also value cultural humility and understand how life experiences, family expectations, identity, and personal values can shape the way we experience stress and healing.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen your self-worth, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
If you're ready to invest in yourself and start creating lasting change, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hello, I’m Ida Ramos, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and Washington with 11 years experience. I work with adults, couples, and veterans who struggle with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a bilingual counselor fluent in English and Spanish, I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel safe and understood. I personalize sessions to meet your needs and focus on building trust in the first few sessions. My compassion and personal experiences guide my work, and I am passionate about helping others experience the healing and growth that counseling can provide.
I’m an LICSW with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy helping people live with the brain they have, the body they have and the heart they have. It is the law of nature that we live along these three dimensions and discovering environments, people, lifestyles that work best for you is the focus of therapy with me. My experience includes working with children with adhd and for the last 12 years with adults who struggle with executive functioning and/or adhd. Over the course of my practice, I have worked with many of the diagnoses in the DSM-V and have been amazed at the resilience and commitment people have to getting better. It is always an honor and privilege to journey with people on the way to their better selves.
I work with clients who are thoughtful, introspective, and motivated to better understand themselves but may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, or uncertainty about their direction in life. Many people I work with are navigating questions related to identity, relationships, purpose, or major life transitions. My goal is to help clients gain clarity about the patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can move forward with greater confidence and intention.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, and build practical strategies that improve daily functioning. I also incorporate narrative and reflective techniques that allow clients to explore the personal stories and experiences that shape how they see themselves and the choices they make.
An important part of my work involves helping clients move beyond insight and into meaningful action. Therapy often includes identifying automatic thought patterns, practicing grounding and emotional regulation strategies, and experimenting with new behaviors that align with a client’s values and long-term goals.
I also use structured check-ins and evidence-based tools to track progress over time. By regularly reviewing mood patterns, emotional changes, and skill development, clients are able to see measurable progress while staying focused on what matters most to them.
Clients often describe my approach as collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. Together, we create a space where clients can reflect deeply on their experiences while also developing the tools needed to navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I’m Michael, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional with a background in crisis work. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My style is supportive, practical, and nonjudgmental. I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and take realistic steps toward feeling more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.
I believe that change happens when people are given the proper guidance and tools needed to pursue their goals while also giving them the autonomy to pull on their own strengths and qualities that will get them to the finish line. I provide clients with a space full of compassion and support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in life. My therapeutic experience mostly consists of services provided to adult and adolescent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and stress related issues. I tailor various therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing according to the client’s individual needs and wants. I believe that everyone is entitled to pursue and live a fulfilling and happy life. I believe that a large part of wellness is having healthy, meaningful relationships, not just with others, but with ourselves.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who knows that you are much more than a diagnosis. Having spent many years working in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and with people in a variety of difficult legal and personal situations, I tend to be pretty hard to shake. I want to help support you as you seek to control the anxiety, depression, and other stressors that can feel so limiting. I begin from a place of acceptance and positive regard, and utilize evidence-based strategies in collaboration with you, to come together in a plan for meaningful growth. Also, as someone in recovery myself, I welcome those who are looking to move beyond the stifling grip of substance abuse.
I am a licensed mental health counselor and military veteran. I work with veterans, first responders, public safety professionals, healthcare professionals, and individuals seeking practical, collaborative, and trauma-informed care.
My approach is direct at times, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based treatment, including CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and strength-based therapy. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Welcome, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Psychotherapist in the state of California, & am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington. I've started my own private practice because I’m committed to helping adults learn how to build healthier relationships, be free from trauma, & to overall learn how to manage their mental health. Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

My name is Janet Muta and I am a Licensed Clinician with over 17 years of experience in mental health, behavioral issues and relationships. I treat individuals from diverse backgrounds. My approach is treating the whole person because most of the time our problems are the outcome of more than just one thing and when I get to know you I am able to address different issues that could be contributing to that one specific problem. We all experience some difficulties in our lives sometimes and we all cope differently. What works for one person/couple who are experiencing a similar situation may not work for another and so I personalize your treatment to fit you. Being in therapy is like being on a journey, I make sure you are in the driver’s seat and I become your great working GPS, guiding you to your desired destination.
I also hold a degree in finance which sometimes come in handy when helping those who are stressed due to financial needs.
Among the treatment modalities I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Parenting, Contingency Management...
