I’m a seasoned LICSW with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help adults create meaningful change quickly and effectively. Additionally, I have been working with adults with ADHD or Executive Functioning Issues since 2012 and have some experience and knowledge that might be helpful. I offer a warm, practical, and collaborative approach, drawing on CBT, motivational interviewing, and family systems when helpful. My focus is on helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and real-life results. Together we identify strengths, set goals, and build sustainable change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I’ll invite you to share about yourself and what matters most in your life. We’ll work together to clarify what you’re hoping for in your future. If that vision feels unclear, we’ll take time to explore and ask thoughtful questions so we can find a meaningful direction for our work together. Often times the future is unclear, so we take our time and explore those things that are important to you and others in your life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is grounded in an evidence-based model that focuses less on the past and problems, and more on what’s working now and what’s possible moving forward. Through thoughtful, curiosity-driven questions, I help you reflect on your own experiences, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop a stronger sense of self. This process supports you in making decisions that truly align with your best interests.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to start. My ideal clients may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, but are open to a forward-focused, practical approach to improving their lives. They are motivated, reflective, and willing to try small, meaningful changes between sessions. Rather than focusing heavily on the past, they want to build solutions, strengthen what’s already working, and create momentum in the present. If you’re looking for a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that is efficient, empowering, and focused on real-life results, we will be a good fit.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

In my work, SFBT serves as a guiding framework that emphasizes clients’ strengths, resilience, and existing resources. Rather than centering sessions on problems or diagnoses, I collaborate with clients to define clear, achievable goals and to envision what meaningful change looks like in their daily lives. This future-oriented focus helps clients move out of feeling stuck and into a more hopeful, actionable mindset.
