Have you been a go-getter all your life, only to find that you feel resentful and burnt out? Imagine what it would be like to rediscover a sense of ease and balance in your life. What would you give to feel excited about your career, family, friends, or hobbies again? I enjoy blending mind & body healing modalities to help clients achieve wellness at all levels. My holistic style can help you build resilience to better manage life's many stresses.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My clients say I am both fun to work with and provide a safe, grounded space for self-discovery. My approach is casual, compassionate, and deeply attuned to my clients’ goals. I have over 20 years of clinical experience, which usually means that nothing a client says will surprise me! I've seen, heard, and experienced quite a lot, which gives me a strong capacity to hold space for people in life's most challenging moments (as well as guide them to calmer waters).

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I employ a combination of insight-oriented talk therapy with research based mind-body techniques. I'll present you with a menu of skills and strategies that we can use in our work together, with you getting to choose what works best for you. I truly believe you are an expert on your own life and I seek to help you trust yourself more!

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

I've been utilizing Brainspotting for 2.5 years and I'm pursuing certification. It's a creative, brain-based modality that can deeply heal anxiety, trauma, and depression.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I've been using CPT for over a decade. It's a great approach for those who like information, structure, and homework. I've seen client achieve powerful levels of healing from incredibly traumatic experiences with this therapy.

Polyvagal Therapy

I've studied and used polyvagal theory in my therapy approach for many years. I really enjoy the rapid relief polyvagal strategies give for high levels of anxiety and trauma-related hypervigilance.
