New to Grow
I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults (in schools and in the community), supporting people through a variety of issues, including: stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, low motivation, self-esteem concerns, trauma and abuse, and big life transitions. I'll provide a safe space for you to be yourself, and we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Reaching out for support is a brave first step. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brought you here, go over how therapy works, and set some initial goals together. I’m here to support and empower you as you move toward a more fulfilling, grounded life, and I’d be honored to work with you.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centered, often using solution-focused techniques to help you notice what’s already working and build from there. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I’ll tailor our conversations and plan so they fit your unique needs and goals.
Reaching out for help may feel scary and overwhelming - I'm here to provide the safe place, without any judgment, for you to be yourself. We will explore what brought you therapy and create goals together. While therapy may look like 'just talking', there is work to be done and clients benefit the most when they are committed to the therapeutic process.
